Lincolnpark Hoofddorp

As part of the Lincolnpark area development, Ons Erf will become a socially vibrant urban structure: four clusters of apartment blocks, each centered around a communal courtyard, fostering connection and community. The project will include over 500 households, organized into 23 urban villas, complemented by two mobility hubs that serve as vibrant social anchors. Together with White Arkitekter, Atlas Architect, SeArch, and DS Landschapsarchitectuur, Space&Matter is creating a contemporary ‘erf’. It is inspired by traditional Dutch farmhouse and polder typologies, reinterpreted in a modern way. The result is a neighbourhood that feels both familiar and forward-looking.
