Plot 16 Centrumeiland

On one of the very last plots to be developed on Centrumeiland in Amsterdam, located at one of the island’s most prominent corners, Vlinderhaven will come to life. A multi-generational residential building block where LGBTQIA+ values are central to the design and way of living. The project offers a safe, open, and inclusive environment, bringing together a diverse community of 110 households. A robust building system allows for a wide range of housing typologies that can adapt to changing living needs over time.
