An innovative mixed-use project
KanAm Grund Group is collaborating with the Municipality of Amsterdam and CBRE Development Management on the future of Amsterdam Zuidoost. On Tuesday, April 23, 2024, the municipality of Amsterdam and KanAm Grund Group signed a Letter of Intent for the development of a high-quality mixed-use project in Amsterdam ArenaPoort West, part of the Zuidoost growth corridor. The development includes around 250 co-living homes, a public green courtyard and approximately 40,000 m² of office space, divided over two building volumes.

The lively plinth of this innovative building will feature retail and hospitality. These additions not only optimise the range of amenities for the project's future users, but are also intended for visitors to ArenAPoort West, whose numbers are expected to grow significantly in the coming years as a result of the municipality of Amsterdam's ambitious plans for the area.
This development addresses not only the urgent demand for housing but also meets the increasing demand from office users seeking high-quality, comfortable, and sustainable spaces that were not previously available at this level in Amsterdam Zuidoost. MVSA and Space&Matter were jointly responsible for the sketch design of the offices and the homes, respectively.
