wij__land residents hold first open house
The residential community of CPO wij_land held their first open house with pilates in the orangery, a tour and drinks. It is great to see how the desire of the 26 households to become part of a close-knit community is now taking shape.
Space&Matter specialises in CPO projects and translated the desires of initiators Mireille Capiau and Daniël Bakker and their wij_land residential community, in a series of eight workshops, into a climate-neutral, rainproof multi-residential building made up of low-maintenance and nature-friendly materials. Residents could choose between multiple types of customisable dwellings and determine the infill of the five shared spaces. The building is completed and the residents are currently developing the interiors.
